Held at St Albans Polo Ground which is owned by Steve Collins (former world champion boxer). The event organizer is Clare Dingwall and this event is a non profit event in support of the help for heroes charity.

Camino Real will the sponsoring this year's event.

The Picnic

Families are very welcome to come along, soak up the atmosphere, watch some exciting polo and enjoy a great day’s entertainment. Entry will be permitted on the day by payment at the gates which open at 1pm.

The Polo Match

The games promise to be fast moving exciting battles between The Army and Civilian teams. Each game will consist of four Chukkas and a chance for that "Pretty Woman" moment at half time for divot treading! To learn more about the game of Polo check out our polo section where all is explained.

An incredible Evening of Food and Entertainment

Stepping into the shoes of Tristan Welch this year and cooking for Polo For Heroes 2012 is Professional Master Chef winner Steve Groves. Tristan is taking some time away in Sweden and has handed the reins into Steves capable hands! Joining Steve in the kitchen will be Masterchef winner Dhruv Baker and Andrew Kojima this years finalist!

Auction and Raffle

Hosted by TV Auctioneer Tom Keane. This is when we are relying on you to show your appreciation by raising your hand and bidding for the fantastic items offered to you by our auctioneer and purchasing raffle tickets to win spectacular prizes. For those of you who like to take longer over their bids there will also be a silent auction. Dig deep into your pockets to raise much needed funds for these very worthy causes, so don’t forget your cheque books!
